Order tracking

Every Loopwell ships with full tracking included. Once dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you haven't received it within 5 business days check your spam folder then contact support@loopwell.co.

Delays and exceptions

Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, customs processing, or weather events. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days contact us and we'll resolve it immediately.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order — check around your property, allow 2-3 additional business days, and contact your local carrier. Then reach out to us at support@loopwell.co.
